Syscal Kid

Specifically designed for very shallow, high resolution resistivity and induced polarization sounding and profiling, the Kid is the most compact of the Syscal range.
The Syscal Kid device is ideal for measuring shallow ground resistivity for:

• Archeological mapping
• Soil mapping
• Civil engineering soundings

Syscal Kid Switch

Specifically designed for very shallow, high resolution resistivity sounding and profiling, the Syscal Kid Switch is the most compact of the Syscal range.
The Syscal Kid Switch device is ideal for measuring shallow ground resistivity for:

• Archeological mapping and imaging (tomb, shallow buried structures locations)
• Soil mapping and imaging.
• Civil engineering soundings and imaging (interface and clay detection and location)

Syscal Junior

The Syscal Junior is an all-purpose resistivity and induced polarization sounding and profiling system for environmental applications. The Syscal Junior is suitable for most near surface geophysical prospection applications, such as:

• Salinity control
• Depth-to-rock determination
• Weathered bedrock mapping

Syscal R1 Plus

The SYSCAL R1 Plus is an all-purpose resistivity and induced polarization measurement device, specifically designed for medium-depth exploration. It can be used for:

• civil engineering applications (depth to bedrock, clay detection)
• groundwater (weathered bedrock, fault and dyke detection, groundwater table aquifers exploration)
• environmental projects (pollution, salinity, etc.)

Syscal Pro

Compact, easy-to-use and field proof, the Syscal Pro measures both resistivity and chargeability. It is ideal for environmental and civil engineering applications such as depth-to-rock determination, weathered bedrock mapping. With a maximal output voltage of 1000V, the Syscal Pro is very adapted to detect deep fault in fractured aquifers or to characterize the depths and thickness of the deep groundwater aquifers.

Syscal R2

The Syscal R2 unit is a high-power system designed for DC electrical surveys applied to groundwater exploration, environmental studies, civil engineering, structural geology investigation and mineral exploration. Used with a 250W or a 1200W converter, the Syscal R2 is well adapted for:
• civil engineering applications (depth to bedrock)
• deep groundwater exploration (weathered bedrock, fault and dyke detection, groundwater table aquifers exploration)

Syscal Pro Deep Marine

The Syscal Pro Deep Marine is well adapted for marine resistivity profiling. With its 10 channels, this device allows to measure up to 10 data point every 2 seconds during a continuous survey along a profile. The maximal current value of 50A allow to get a high reception signal in the very conductive sea water. The Syscal Pro Deep marine allows to acquire resistivity data from cables pulled by a boat at around 10 km/h for:

• Underwater archeology
• Salt/Fresh water interaction study
• Bottom investigation for cable installation (communication networks, phone cables, power lines , water pipes , pipelines…)
• Civil engineering (dam locations, bridge construction)
• Geological mapping (Depth to bedrock, fractured zones, clayey areas)
• Measure the depth of muds in riverbeds

Syscal Junior Switch

The Syscal Junior Switch is an all-purpose resistivity and induced polarization sounding and profiling system for environmental applications. The Syscal Junior Switch is suitable for most near surface geophysical prospection applications, such as:

• Pollution monitoring
• Salinity control
• Depth-to-rock determination
• Weathered bedrock imaging
• Shallow groundwater exploration (depth and thickness of aquifers)

Syscal R1 Plus Switch

The SYSCAL R1 Plus Switch is an all-purpose resistivity and induced polarization measurement device, specifically designed for medium-depth exploration. It can be used for:

• civil engineering applications (depth to bedrock, clayey layer spatial extension)
• groundwater (weathered bedrock, fault and dyke detection, groundwater table aquifers exploration)
• environmental projects (pollution, salinity control, pollution monitoring)

Syscal Pro Switch

Compact, easy-to-use and field proof, the Syscal Pro Switch is the most versatile device of the Syscal range that measures both resistivity and chargeability. This device is ideal for all types of environmental and civil engineering applications such as pollution monitoring and mapping, salinity control, depth-to-rock determination and weathered bedrock mapping. It can also be used for deep groundwater exploration (depth and thickness assessment of aquifers).
Several options allow to use the Syscal Pro Switch in lakes, rivers or in boreholes, to record the fullwave signal, to use it as a simple receiver (e.g. with a VIP), to perform monitoring or to increase the number of electrode up to 2000.

Syscal Multi-Tx

The Syscal Multi-Tx device is issued from the last developments of IRIS Instruments. This resistivity and induced polarization measurement device is a multi-transmitter device. In one injection, the multi-Tx is able to perform 18 measurements with an accuracy comparable to the Syscal Pro/R1.
This device particularly suits to:
• The monitoring of rapid hydrological processes (when acquisition time must be reduced at constant measurement accuracy)
• All type of applications with an objective of increase of productivity (water resources, environment, civil engineering)

Converters

1200W converter can be adapted on the Syscal Pro to enhance the depth of penetration of the current and therefore to reach higher depths for groundwater and mineral applications.

Syscal Monitoring Unit (SMU)

The Syscal Monitoring Unit is a system dedicated to the use of a Syscal Pro for monitoring purpose. This system allows to upload sequences, program acquisition, download your data remotely. This sytem handles the charge of the Tx and Rx batteries from any type of 12V external source (solar panel, wind turtine, ethanol fuel cell, etc.) and disconnect the baterries from the external source during the measurement. 

WiConnect

The WiConnect device allows to wireless control your Syscal Pro, Junior, R1 or your Elrec device from a webpage. This system can be used on any plateform (Windows, Apple, Android) and allows realtime communication with the Syscal/Elrec. You can perform Rs-Check, start, pause, stop, control apparent resistivity pseudo-section or data quality, download the measured data and email and/or back it up to cloud servers for faster reporting.

V Fullwaver
The V Fullwaver systems were specifically developed for precise full waveform time domain Induced Polarisation, Resistivity and SP measurements. Each system is fully independent; incorporating its own power source, GPS module and digital memory for up to 3 months continuous recording.
The V Fullwaver is a dual channel Induced Polarisation, Resistivity and SP receiver. Continually recording at 10ms sample rate provides a full waveform record of the voltage created by an independent transmitter. It can be synchronized on the GPS PPS signal, allowing an easy process of the signal. This device suits to:
• deep groundwater exploration (weathered bedrock, fault and dyke detection, groundwater table aquifers exploration)
• deep mining exploration

I Fullwaver
The I Fullwaver systems were specifically developed for precise full waveform time domain induced polarisation, resistivity and self-potential measurements. Each system is fully independent; incorporating its own power source, GPS module and digital memory for up to 3 months continuous recording. This system is adapted to measure and record injected current from induced polarization and resistivity transmitters.
This device suits to:
• deep groundwater exploration (weathered bedrock, fault and dyke detection, groundwater table aquifers exploration)
• deep mining exploration
